The EKO Spring Symposium 2025 comes to life on the conference app

February 12, 2025

The EKO Spring Symposium 2025 is just two months away!

With the EKO Spring Symposium app now available, registered delegates have full access to the schedule and can begin planning their conference experience. If you haven’t yet confirmed your attendance, you can register here and then download the conference app to start planning your EKO Spring Symposium schedule.

The EKO Spring Symposium app’s intuitive interface helps delegates enrich their experience before, during and after the conference. Rich content includes speaker bios, session descriptions—QR codes and downloadable PPTs will be available, along with information about the EKO Spring Symposium 2025 partners, delegate profiles, social media links, and an Interactive Map providing easy navigation around the event. Delegates will even find the link to the post-event survey, where they can provide input and suggestions—valuable insights for future events.

With full access to the program, delegates can plan their own customized schedule and even make changes on the go, opt-in to connect with other delegates, receive push notifications, and learn about the keynote, concurrent session, and poster presenters and EKO Spring Symposium special guests and partners.

Want to make sure your favourite poster wins the 2025 Poster People’s Choice Award? Delegates can submit their votes through the app until the winner is announced during lunch on April 17th.

Besides being the “go to” place for all EKO Spring Symposium content, the app is a networking tool. Delegates can direct message old friends and start a conversation with new ones before ever meeting in person. Using the Delegate Directory, presented by Changemaker Partner Interwoven Connections, delegates can find others who share their professional interests leading to more connections, conversations, and colleagues. Not only can delegates network before the conference, they’ll also be able to connect via the app during and after the event, too.

For those networking at the very popular Schmooza Palooza, brought this year by Presenting Partner Levio, be sure to check-in on the app to enter the raffle with prizes presented at the Opening Night Reception on April 16th at 6:30 p.m.

Environmentally Friendly

The EKO Spring Symposium strives for sustainability, and the conference app is reducing the need for traditional print materials—schedules, maps, brochures…we’re even reducing the amount of wayfinding signage with the app’s Interactive Map which will provide directions to get from one presentation to the next on your schedule (and tell you how long to get there!) and directs delegates to break spaces, elevators and escalators, washrooms and accessible washrooms … even to the Sheraton Toronto Centre front desk.
