Mission Statement

Our Mission:

Pathways Health Centre for Children will deliver defined services to children, youth and young adults with physical, developmental and communication needs, to help them achieve their potential for a better quality of life.

Our Vision:

Supporting children, youth and young adults to achieve their potential through effective partnerships.

Our Story

Pathways Health Centre for Children opened its doors in 1975 on the current site, originally constructed to provide supports to ~250 children. Three name changes and several expansions later, with a staff growing to nearly 200 in number, Pathways now provides support to more than 4000 children and youth yearly. The Rotary Club of Sarnia were among the original vision casters for the Centre, and remain strong supporters of the organization and the work that is done to help children and youth in Sarnia-Lambton.

Pathways provides a range of essential services to equip children and their families with information and supports to face challenges and live into their dreams. As a non-profit organization, Pathways has long relied on the support of our community to supplement funds issued by government to offer services and programs to those in need.

Services Client Demographics
