Announcing EKO Spring Symposium 2020 Registration is Open
February 11, 2020
We are delighted to announce that registration for the EKO Spring Symposium 2020 is now officially open. The Spring Symposium 2020 takes place March 30 & 31 at the Hilton Toronto.
This promises to become one of Ontario’s child development and rehabilitation sector’s biggest and most impactful events. Whether you’re a newcomer to Empowered Kids Ontario programs or a veteran attendee, we want you in the room with us this year. This meeting of the minds brings together child development and rehabilitation professionals, stakeholders, leaders, families and partners to share knowledge, forge new partnerships, address some of the sector’s biggest questions, and reimagine approaches so kids with disabilities and their families can live their best lives.
In addition to being in the company of like-minded trailblazers from Ontario and across Canada, you’ll hear from incredible speakers and network with peers who are just as passionate about ensuring kids with disabilities and their families live their best lives. With two days of presentations, there will be a wealth of opportunities to see how research, clinical best practice, policy and partnerships are transforming the child development and rehabilitation sector.
The EKO Spring Symposium kicks off with a keynote address by Liz Forsyth, KPMG’s Global Lead, Government & Public Services and Global Lead, Human and Social Services, who has been at the forefront of major social policy initiatives including the design of architecture and levers for market-based disability services in Australia.
