Application MaterialsNotesCompleted
Personal essay OR creative projectGive yourself time to plan and write your essay, or put together your creative project. Essays should be no more than 750 words. 
Two letters of recommendationGive recommenders time to prepare a thoughtful letter – usually a week or two before you need the letter is appreciated. 
Letter from EKO General Member organization confirming that you received servicesPlease ask for this letter a few weeks in advance. The clinician or administrator you ask will be grateful to have time to prepare the letter. If you are no longer in touch with a clinician at the centre where you received services, contact the centre main number and ask the receptionist for assistance.  
Complete the online applicationMake sure you attach your essay or creative project, letters of recommendation, letter from the EKO member organization, and any other accompanying documents. 
Hit SENDApplications are accepted from December 1, 2023 to Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 5 p.m.
