What We Do

We represent Ontario’s publicly funded child development and rehabilitation sector – the centres that provide leading clinical treatment and support so kids with disabilities and developmental differences and their families can live their best lives. We promote investments, policies and programs based on the best research and thought leadership available. We look for smart, innovative approaches to care at home, in schools and in communities across Ontario.

Our programs foster bold leadership and innovation, explore creative partnerships, and build on the strong foundations that ensure Ontario continues to set the bar for all aspects of child development.

Niagara Children’s Centre is a rehabilitation (treatment) centre serving children and youth with physical, developmental and/or communicative delays or disabilities. The Centre enables children and youth to achieve their optimal potential within their home, school and community environments.

This is achieved by delivering a continuum of therapeutic supports and services to children and families and by working with our partners to deliver coordinated, integrated and family-centred care.
